Position Overview:
The Fulfillment Support Professional provides hands-on support, motivation, and training to individuals with disabilities in a production setting. This role is critical to meeting both production goals and individual program objectives, ensuring that program participants can achieve their vocational aspirations in a safe and supportive environment.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and set up jobs to maximize efficiency and participant abilities.
- Train program participants in safe, proper use of tools and machines.
- Assign tasks based on participant abilities and program goals.
- Ensure quality standards for all jobs meet customer specifications.
- Utilize praise to reinforce positive work habits and foster confidence.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and implement services for participants.
- Develop tools, fixtures, or alternative techniques to enhance task performance.
- Analyze and address discrepancies between job requirements and participant abilities.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supervising in a production or industrial setting.
- Prior experience working with adults with disabilities.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
This position requires regular communication, including speaking and listening. Employees may need to use hands for various tasks, including operating tools and managing materials. Occasionally, tasks may involve standing, walking, bending, or reaching. The employee must be able to lift up to 25 pounds as needed. Noise levels in the work environment are typically moderate.
