A little about the position: This is a hands-on, full-time position with day-to-day duties responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the Facilities department, including assisting with the management of work orders, general maintenance, cleaning, data entry, and occasional assistance to other departments, including Quality, Shipping & Receiving, Inventory, and Production.

Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities:
- Participate as a member of the Facilities team in building and production equipment cleaning and sanitization.
 - Primary interface with the CMMS, managing workorder scheduling and documentation, calibration records, and other documentation, and analytics.
 - Coordinate with outsourced vendors for tasks not done in-house, including CMMS, scheduling, and recordkeeping.
 - Participate as a member of the Facilities team in building system and production equipment operations, maintenance, repair, and installation
s. - Interface with and support Production, Quality, R&D, and other departments and personnel
 - Assist with other duties as assigned.
 
 Education and Experience needed for the role:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
 - Previous experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a healthcare environment preferred.
 
Specialized skills needed to be successful:
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to juggle multiple priorities at a given time, and superior time management, organization, and execution skills..
 - Ability to work at a fast pace in a high-production environment.
 - Knowledge of materials, production processes, quality control, and cost control to maximize the effective manufacture of goods.
 - Must be able to work inside and outside weather conditions.
 - Knowledge of machines and tools, their use, and maintenance
 - Active listening and strong verbal and written communication skills.
 - Critical thinking and problem sensitivity skills.
 - Experience in Facilities Management Systems, including building and utilities systems.
 - Must be able to be on-call for emergency operations.
 - You will be required to use ladders, lifts, and moving equipment.
 - Must be 18 years of age or older.
 
 Work Hours: The company hours are 7 days a week, with 10-hour shifts. The expected hours for this role will vary, and the plan is to work 24 hours a day for the production facility soon. Employees' hours vary and are dependent on business needs. Monday through Sunday, hours may vary with the workload. On-call availability is required.

 Compensation: $20.00-$25.00/hour
