Summary:
Under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor, the Shipping and Receiving Coordinator works closely with warehouse, customer service, purchasing, and outside vendors to control, receive, and ship goods.
Job Duties:
The list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.
- Recording and processing all Receipts and Shipments proficiently in E21.
 - Proficient navigation within E21 to complete the tasks of:
- Inventory look ups
 - inventory adjustments
 - License Plating processes
 - Allocate customer orders.
 - Run required reports.
 
 - Must be able to complete all reporting for weekly, monthly, and yearly cutoff processes.
 - Schedule carrier appointments in TMS (Blujay)
 - Creating and Coordinating intra-company transfers.
 - Strong computer skills including the use of E21, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
 - Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
 - Detail oriented and multitasking skills
 - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
 - Excellent organization and administrative skills
 - Maintain work area in clean and orderly status.
 - Answer phones
 - All other duties as assigned.

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
 - At least 1 year of related experience
 - Previous warehouse experience preferred
 - Experience with a Windows-based computer system (programs include Microsoft Office and inventory software)
 - Ability to read and comprehend documents such as sales orders, slips, inventory records, and receiving documents
 - Ability to write standard documentation and present information to other employees in the organization
 - This position may require forklift certification
