We are currently seeking a Sales Lead Coordinator to help achieve the branch’s sales goals!
Pay: $19/hr PLUS Spiffs
Schedule: Hybrid position - Office & Remote WFH.
Sunday 8:00am-8:00pm remote.
Monday 1:00pm-8:00pm remote.
Tuesday-Thursday 11:00am-3:00pm in the office, then work from home 4:00pm-8:00pm (WFH).

Responsibilities
As a Sales Coordinator What You'll Do:
- Follow up on hot, warm, and cold leads through high-volume outbound sales calls and customer engagement.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with field sales reps to ensure strong pipeline management.
- Support the sales team by handling quote follow-ups, data entry, and CRM updates.
- This role is fast-paced, phone-heavy, and essential to team success.
Qualifications
As a Sales Coordinator, What You Need:
2 years of customer service or call call center experience (inbound/outbound)
Previous inside sales, appointment setting, or lead generation experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven, high-volume call environment.
- Flexible availability for assigned shifts, including occasional weekends.
- Must be able to work in-office daily (this is not a remote role).
- Must pass background check and drug screening
