Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of bottled water production, including bottling, labeling, packaging, and storage.
  • Schedule and manage production to meet daily and monthly volume goals.
  • Maintain strict compliance with Culligan quality standards, FDA regulations, and local health and safety requirements.
  • Monitor and maintain production equipment; coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Lead, train, and coach production employees to meet performance, safety, and quality expectations.
  • Manage inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to support uninterrupted production.
  • Track and analyze key metrics such as yield, downtime, and efficiency to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with logistics and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery of finished products.
  • Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards throughout the facility.
  • Support and enforce company safety programs, including 5S and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Qualifications:

Education: Associate or bachelor’s in operations management (or related field) or 5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience: 5 years of production or plant management experience, preferably in beverage or food manufacturing.
Certifications: CPO (Certified Plant Operator) and PCQI (Preventative Controls Qualified Individual) certified is preferred.  
Skills:

  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of bottling line operations and maintenance practices.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production tracking systems.
  • Ability to multitask and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
  • Must be comfortable working on the production floor and standing for long periods.
  • Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions within the facility.

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be willing to work in a moisture-rich environment and occasionally in outside weather conditions.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: $65-70K/year
