Title: Reading Paraprofessional

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and caring Reading Paraprofessional. This position supports student learning by providing small-group reading interventions and assisting with literacy skill development. The ideal candidate is patient, organized, and passionate about helping students grow as readers.

Responsibilities:

• Work with small groups of students to deliver targeted reading interventions.

• Support classroom and schoolwide learning goals under the guidance of teachers and the instructional coach/administration.

• Assist with various building duties, including morning, after-school, and lunch supervision.

• Demonstrate flexibility in performing additional duties as assigned to support the overall school community.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children in an educational setting preferred.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to follow instructional plans and maintain confidentiality.

Schedule: Full-time, school-year position
