Tricoci University is seeking a dynamic Admissions Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding prospective students through the admissions process, helping them understand their educational options and the exciting careers available in the beauty industry.

Your Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with prospective students via phone, email, and social media platforms.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess student goals and recommend appropriate programs.
• Provide comprehensive information about admissions procedures, program specifics, and financial aid options.
• Assist students in completing their enrollment applications and necessary documentation.
• Manage the admissions process effectively to ensure an enjoyable and seamless experience for students.
• Collaborate with the Financial Aid team to inform students about available scholarships and funding.
• Participate in outreach activities and recruitment events in the community.
• Build relationships with local high schools and community organizations to expand our recruitment efforts.

Requirements

• A strong background in customer service, sales, or recruitment is highly desirable.

• Experience in the beauty industry is a plus, but not required.
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with technology and digital communication tools.
• Ability to relate to diverse individuals and build strong relationships.
• A passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $22.00 and $24.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
