What you will do:
Peterson Health Heart and Vascular is seeking a dedicated CCIR Pre-Admissions/Scheduling Coordinator to support its growing interventional service lines, including radiology, cardiology, and vascular procedures. This newly created role is essential to managing increasingly complex scheduling demands, patient waitlists, and coordination of care. Under the general supervision of the Director, Heart and Vascular Services, the Pre-Admissions/Scheduling Coordinator is responsible managing all aspects of procedural scheduling and onboarding within the Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology (CCIR) department. This position serves as the central coordinator for interventional cardiology, vascular, and interventional radiology cases, ensuring patient readiness, efficient workflow, and accurate communication among referring providers, nursing units, procedural teams, and CCIR leadership. The Coordinator plays a vital role in facilitating timely, quality care, reducing cancellations and inefficiencies, and supporting departmental growth through embedded expertise and process oversight.
Required Education:
LVN or RN program Graduate
