Job Qualifications
- 2-3 years of maintenance technician experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to multi-task and meet required deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of: air conditioning, electrical, mechanical, plumbing,
- Ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong guest service skills
- Schedule includes weekends and holidays
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Respond and attend to guest repair requests.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repairs
- Program TV's and perform general engineering-related inventory duties.
- Assist with driving 14 person shuttle
- Assist with houseperson duties as needed
