We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Fleet Sales Manager to join our team at one of our Michigan City stores for the Bob Loquercio Auto Group . As the Commercial Fleet Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to drive sales of Ford vehicles to company, corporate and government fleets. This is a position that requires a self starter with strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a understanding of the fleet sales process (product, upfits, ordering, etc). Local business knowledge and relationship building skills are extremely helpful!

Responsibilities:
Fleet Sales Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive fleet sales strategy to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within local/state businesses, personal contacts, corporate and government sectors.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet customers to understand their needs and requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service and serve as the primary point of contact for fleet clients.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay current with Ford's product offerings and industry trends.
- Educate fleet customers on the features and benefits of Ford vehicles to meet their specific requirements.
Sales Process:
- Lead the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
- Collaborate with other departments, including finance and service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the fleet sales segment.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience Fleet Sales experience "Preferred"
- Avid understanding of local and regional fleet sales market
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong negotiation and financial analytics skills
- Proficiency with Fleet Sales software and code of conduct
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
