The Maintenance Technician IV is responsible for maintaining and supporting facility systems within GMP and non-GMP areas. This role requires strong multi-craft skills (electrical, mechanical, and plumbing) to ensure safe, reliable operation of utilities, equipment, and infrastructure.

 

 

Your responsibilities in this role would be:

  • Maintain and operate plant utilities (HVAC, water, steam, electrical, plumbing) per SOPs and GMP standards.
  • Lead and perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting to keep facilities in qualified condition.
  • Support site electrical systems, emergency generators, and distribution.
  • Develop maintenance plans and documentation; ensure traceability and compliance.
  • Supervise contractors and oversee external maintenance activities to meet quality and safety standards.
  • Support risk assessments, audits, and validation activities.
  • Provide on-call and off-shift support as needed.

 

We are Looking For:

  • Strong working knowledge of utilities (HVAC, water systems, compressed air, steam, process gases, etc.).
  • Experience with CMMS, BMS, or SCADA systems.
  • High school diploma or associate degree in a technical discipline.
  • Previous GMP experience preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
