PWS Title: Material Coordinator

Location: Panama City Beach, FL

Clearance Type: Secret

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all inbound/outbound material movements with Government personnel, couriers, and shipping agencies.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests based on usage and lead times.
• Validate data integrity in Navy ERP, maintaining alignment between electronic records and physical inventory.
• Manage shelf-life and HAZMAT segregation in accordance with DoDM 4140.27 and NAVSUP P-538.
• Prepare reports for asset status, transfers, and inventory adjustments for Government review.
• Support the Warehouse Manager with performance metrics and monthly reporting.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business Administration.
• 4 + years of material coordination or supply operations experience within DoD.
• Proficiency in Navy ERP, DPAS, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• DAWIA Level I Life Cycle Logistics or CPPA Certification
