Position Overview: As the Lead Maintenance Technician, you will ensure all facilities are in top-notch condition, perform repairs and preventative maintenance tasks, all while providing outstanding service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections of the property to identify issues and necessary repairs.
• Complete work orders for repairs and maintenance in a timely manner.
• Lead preventative maintenance programs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests and completed work.
• Respond to resident requests and concerns with professionalism and urgency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of Lead Maintenance Technician experience in the multifamily industry.
• Must participate in on-call rotation for nights/weekends. 
• Universal EPA Certification.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
