Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site (with some remote flexibility)

Pay: $15–$18 per hour (based on experience)
About the Role
Are you detail-oriented and eager to start your career in accounting? We’re looking for an Entry-Level Accountant to join our Finance team. This role is perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience in payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and purchasing while learning in a supportive environment.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with bi-weekly payroll for approximately 225 employees
- Support Accounts Payable & Receivable processes, including invoice entry and payment tracking
- Help reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with purchasing activities and vendor management

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles (degree or relevant coursework or previous experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with accounting software is a plus
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
