Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team as soon as possible. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, while also meeting quality standards. The Project Coordinator will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects, collaborating with project managers and other team members to ensure efficient workflows and effective communication.

Location: Tampa, FL
Pay Range: $950- $1150 per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate project activities and resources, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, reports, and meeting notes.
  • Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues or risks, reporting them to the project manager.
  • Organize project meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes to track discussions and action items.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a project coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
