Position Summary: The Oracle HCM Support Team Manager is responsible for leading a team of support specialists to ensure the effective operation and maintenance of the Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This role involves overseeing daily support activities, managing escalations, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, OCR and Payroll and a commitment to delivering high-quality support services.

Essential Functions:

  • Lead and manage the Oracle HCM support team, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Oracle HCM system, ensuring system stability and performance.
  • Manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to identify and implement system improvements and enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for support processes, system configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external standards, including data security and privacy regulations.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge of Oracle HCM.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps for Oracle HCM that support business priorities
  • Monitor system performance and generate reports for senior management.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT support, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Extensive experience with Oracle HCM, OCR and Payroll including system configuration, troubleshooting, and user support.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Oracle HCM or related technologies.
  • Experience with project management and Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
