About the Role
As National Account Manager – QSR Chains, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Violife vegan cheese portfolio across Canada’s leading commercial foodservice accounts. You will lead go-to-market strategy, manage trade investments, negotiate RFPs, and build strategic partnerships with national QSR chains such as Tim Hortons, McDonald's, Wendy’s, Mr. Sub, and other pizza, burger, and sandwich outlets.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement the Violife Food Service go-to-market strategy.
- Lead annual planning and joint business planning (JBP) with key accounts.
- Manage trade investment and RFP negotiations.
Account Management
- Own relationships with major Canadian QSR chains, ensuring profitable growth.
- Secure listings, pricing, and distribution agreements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, trade marketing, supply chain, and other KAMs.
Business Development
- Actively prospect and close new business opportunities across national QSR accounts.
- Leverage existing relationships to expand Violife’s footprint in foodservice.
About You
- 10+ years of direct selling experience in Canadian Food Service, with a focus on QSR chains.
- Proven track record of exceeding annual sales and trade targets.
- Deep relationships with decision-makers at Tim Hortons, McDonald's, Wendy’s, A&W, Mr. Sub, Boston Pizza, and similar.
- Strategic thinker with strong financial and analytical skills.
- Self-starter with a “hunter” mindset and ability to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); bilingualism is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license required for travel.
