SUMMARY
The Campus Store Associate serves as the primary representative of Greenhill School’s Campus Store, providing exceptional customer service while supporting a variety of business operations. The position is responsible for assisting customers with merchandise inquiries and campus-related services to maintain a welcoming, customer-focused environment.
This is a part-time, 10-month, non-exempt position. Some evening and weekend work is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in day-to-day opening and closing procedures, when needed.
- Ensure standards for quality customer service, and health and safety standards are met by providing a safe and clean store environment.
- Comfortable utilizing computer software including POS point-of-sale system.
- Assist with receiving, preparation, and replenishment of all store related shipments, partnering with the Store Manager on any vendor related issues.
- Receive and replenish the selling floor with product in a timely manner, based on established merchandising standards.
- Assist with making sure all online orders are processed in a timely manner and responding to any online customer issues.
- Assist with purchasing by creating SKUs and purchase orders.
- Help making baked goods, such as cookies and pretzels.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Preferred 1+ years in a customer centric sales environment.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks and work with Students, Faculty, Staff, and Community
- Representatives effectively.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks necessary.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Basic general computer skills.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends when required.
- Ability to spend up to 100% of the time standing, walking, and moving around the store.
- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to climb on stools and ladders.
