Westaff is searching for a Production Associate for our client in Woburn, MA

Schedule:

Monday - Friday

7am - 4pm

$18 - $20 DOE

First Shift Opportunity . This role is part of our production team, responsible for general help in both shipping and production of door product .

Duties of the Production Associate:

• Assemblers operate equipment to build, cure, process, cut, package, and prepare products for shipment.
• The majority of, the workday is spent on the production floor
• Team-oriented environment
• Performing assembly tasks
• Utilizing a variety of tools and including welding
• Working in a team supporting the safety, productivity, and delivery of high-quality products.
• Constantly demonstrate safe working habits and follow all safety requirements.
• Examine materials visually or physically to ensure conformance with established standards.
• Warehouse skills : ability to pack and prepare products for shipping.
• Use of hand jack and forklift.
• Lifting at times up to 50 lbs.
• Basic reading, math, computer, and measurement skills-required
• Ability to read, understand, and follow both written and verbal work instructions in English-required
• Welding experience is a plus
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, with additional overtime as needed
• Must be a team-oriented individual who values and supports a collaborative manufacturing environment
