Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating promotional events and activities
- Engage with attendees and provide information about the brand and events
- Manage logistical aspects of events, including setup and teardown
- Create and distribute promotional materials to attract participants
- Support social media marketing efforts before, during, and after events
- Maintain inventory and supplies for events, ensuring everything is well-prepared
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in marketing or event management is a plus
- Proven experience in event planning or promotions is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
