JOB TITLE: Area Sales Manager

POSITION: Full-Time, Starting salary $60,000+/yr (based on experience), includes additional sales incentive
SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for managing and leading all aspects of the Prescott sales and merchandising team across large, small and foodservice formats including but not limited to: achieving sales goals, distribution targets, customer development and retention, trade execution, team member training, brand supplier relations, and any other duties as assigned. Must be located in the Prescott area.
SCHEDULE:
- This job is Monday – Friday
- Full-Time, 40hrs/wk
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead all aspects of the Prescott sales team to drive volume and company goals
- Communicate, execute and survey retail trade expectations with the sales team.
- Verify execution of retail chain planners weekly/monthly with the sales team.
- Work with Director of Retail Sales to ensure competitive pricing in the market vs competition and react accordingly.
- Forecast volume, revenue, & margin models monthly for Prescott Branch
- Work with Director of Sales and Procurement Specialist to forecast new product launches and communicate with the sales team.
- Manage and distribute POS for the Prescott branch.
- Manage customer business reviews and relationships.
- Position is estimated at 30% administrative work and 70% retail trade time.
- Oversee and approve payroll for Prescott Branch sales and merchandising teams
- Performs other related duties as assigned by upper management.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
