About us

We’re a rapidly growing, nurse-founded company redefining at-home care. Our team is on a mission to make in-home nursing services more accessible, personal, and effective by partnering with hospitals, medical practices, and professionals in adjacent industries like estate planning and wealth management. As we scale our impact, we’re building a team that’s as innovative and compassionate as the care we deliver.

The Role

The Scheduling Manager is the hub between our field nurses, navigators, and admin team. You’ll keep schedules running smoothly, ensure clients are matched with the right nurses, and lead a small team of coordinators. It’s a role for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and solving scheduling puzzles.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead scheduling operations: Oversee the creation, accuracy, and timely publication of monthly client and nurse schedules, ensuring smooth coordination across all departments.
  • Match care to client needs: Build specialized nurse assignments based on skill set, location, client requirements, and availability.
  • Manage a team: Provide day-to-day leadership for 3–6 scheduling specialists: setting expectations, coaching, and conducting regular check-ins.
  • Ensure payroll accuracy: Review and approve timecards, reconcile timesheets, and partner with Payroll to resolve discrepancies and confirm correct pay and billing.
  • Monitor staffing health: Track trends like call-outs, cancellations, and shift deficits, and proactively recommend recruitment or process changes to fill gaps.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with nurse navigators, field RNs, People Ops, and Nursing leadership to anticipate and address scheduling needs.
  • Optimize tools and processes: Serve as a Connecteam “super-user,” maintain nurse profiles, and implement process improvements that make scheduling more efficient and transparent.
  • Foster team culture: Run weekly team meetings, encourage feedback, and recognize strong performance to keep morale high and operations seamless.

Who you are

  • 3+ years of healthcare scheduling experience.
  • Skilled with scheduling software and Google Workspace.
  • Comfortable working with multiple applications and platforms.
  • Strong communicator and problem-solver.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Leadership experience managing or mentoring a small team.

Bonus points if you:

  • Know the Phoenix metro area well.
  • Have experience in concierge or premium healthcare.
  • Have used Connecteam.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary + performance bonuses.
  • $600 monthly health insurance allowance through Thatch.
  • Generous PTO, 11 paid holidays, and wellness days.
  • Flexible scheduling and supportive, collaborative culture.
  • Growth opportunities in a scaling, nurse-founded company
  • The opportunity to help shape a brand making a meaningful impact in people's lives and changing the way health care is delivered to people.
