Essential Responsibilities
The Loan Operations Specialist will:
- Prepare and send loan documents to lending staff.
- Prepare and send adverse action documents to borrowers and lending staff.
- Ensure closing and funding conditions are satisfied prior to releasing proceeds.
- Assist with updating procedures for Consumer real estate loans.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of experience in banking, finance, office or clerical support, or related role.
Preferred Qualifications
- One year of experience in real estate lending support role.
Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Sitting or standing for extended periods of time and the ability to work and operate computer applications and equipment.
- Able to perform essential responsibilities of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
