Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Precast Concrete CAD Designers for projects located in and around Woodland, WA. This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of up to $40/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- develop detailed technical drawings for precast concrete components such as walls, beams, columns, stairs, and architectural panels
- Produce detailed 2D and 3D designs for precast concrete elements. Create shop drawings, layout plans, and fabrication documents for production
- Work primarily with AutoCAD, Revit, and other CAD/BIM tools. Generate accurate and efficient models and drawings for production and assembly
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and related CAD software
- Strong understanding of precast concrete construction methods
- Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
