* Invoicing, with accuracy and attention to detail
* Documentation of all invoicing processes
* Manage special projects from Controller/CFO; create a blueprint and appropriate timeline
* Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve all financial related issues and partner with other departments when needed to resolve
* Contribute, as needed, with quarterly and annual balance sheet reconciliations and audits
* Customer service - strong interpersonal skills to interact with multiple partners, internal corporate employees, and the field
* Proactively identify and implement process improvements
* Provide financial and administrative support as assigned
