As they establish their position in the US market, they are seeking a Client Partner to lead a portfolio of accounts and drive growth.

Description

Our client is looking for a highly driven and passionate Enterprise Client Partner to join their team and work closely with the Managing Director UK. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers regarding the importance and potential of market research, innovation, and consumer centricity.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with enterprise clients across different industries. You will showcase the potential of our client’s capabilities and develop a mutually beneficial commercial framework with stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing
• Develop and drive growth strategies across the business
• Represent our client to marketing and insights decision-makers
• Acquire new customers, advising and coaching them on the most relevant market research approach, leveraging our client’s platform and methodologies portfolio
• Scope and qualify client requirements for both new and existing projects
• Act as the voice of the customer, staying attuned to their pain points, competition, and growth prospects
• Build and maintain a strong professional network
• Create partnership opportunities within the industry to further strengthen our client’s positioning as a research partner
• Represent our client at trade fairs and public speaking events, expand your network, and leverage existing contacts to drive business growth
• Work closely with Customer Success, Inside Sales, and Marketing teams to maximise growth opportunities
• Drive brand growth by creating and promoting thought leadership that positions the company as an industry leader

Requirements

  • You have 8+ years of experience in B2B Sales in the Market Research industry
  • You have deep knowledge and understanding of full service Market Research
  • You have experience handling the full life cycle from pre-sales to closing
  • You have excellent proficiency in English
  • You are proficient in working with CRM tools, ideally Hubspot
  • You are based in the UK, ideally in London
  • An extensive network within the market research industry is a plus
  • You have an empathetic nature with a keen sense for understanding the needs of others
