Moving into a new home is an exciting and memorable experience. Our Punch Technicians make dreams come true by focusing on all the details of readying vacant units for new residents before they move in. Removing trash from vacant units and repairing items in all units as needed is part of your duties. Additional responsibilities include using your keen eye for things that need to be replaced, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills to help keep emergency repairs at a minimum. If you are a people person who enjoys customer service and takes pride in every aspect of your work, then this position is perfect for you. TriBridge Residential is seeking to hire a Punch Technician for the Roosevelt Lofts property, located in Atlanta, GA.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Properly and efficiently complete assigned apartment turns
- Help with scheduling and completion of make-ready units
- Work with the service team to ensure excellent curb appeal at all times
- Adhere to Tribridge Standard Operating Procedures
- Assist with a preventative program that minimizes emergency repairs, service requests, and the utilization of outside contractors.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure safe practices
- Maintain professional, polite customer service and coworker relationships
- Participate in company training classes and meetings as required
- Maintain an excellent customer service relationship
- Other tasks or duties as assigned by the supervisor

Education

- Ability to read and write English for safety and productivity reasons
- Ability to accurately perform basic mathematical functions
