Position Summary:

The NE Agency Service Representative will build rapport to develop or strengthen quality client relationships with Agents. This role is responsible for networking and generating new sales while maintaining positive relationships with current Agents.

Essential Functions:

· Develops and maintains agency relationships

· Instructs agency personnel in use of company online tools and submission of agency reports

· Acts as a liaison between company and agents and trade organizations

· Uses various sources to generate lists of new business prospects

· Generates interest in Westcor through scheduling appointments; facilitating presentations, and building rapport to gain an understanding of the client’s need

· Provide exceptional customer service to ensure the expansion of Expands sales for existing accounts

· Other duties as assigned by management

· Possess strong ability to prospect, negotiate, and close sales

· Possess self-confidence, positive mentality, with the ability to manage territories effectively

· Effective communication with customers, as well as strong follow-up skills

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate orally. The employee uses hands and fingers to type, handle, and reach. Operate office machinery such as computer, phone, copier, printer, etc. is necessary in the commission of daily duties. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
