Yardi Systems Support Specialist I

What You’ll Do
- Respond to support tickets and assist users with Yardi system questions and corrections
- Identify issues related to user training, processes, or configuration needs
- Help set up new users, permissions, and vendors in the Yardi system
- Monitor and resolve Yardi system performance issues
- Support multiple system integrations and vendor interfaces
- Recommend training opportunities to enhance user knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve user experience
What You Should Bring
- 1–3 years of experience with Yardi, Rent Café, or Yardi CRM
- 1–3 years of relevant technical support experience in a remote or multi-site environment
- Strong problem-solving, customer service, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Teams, GoToMeeting, or similar platforms
- Passion for helping others and improving processes
- Familiarity with SQL Server (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS)
- General ledger or accounting experience
- Prior IT help desk experience

Physical & Travel Notes
- Primarily office-based role in Grand Rapids, MI
