Position Overview

This position involves both preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure reliability, safety, and compliance with OEM specifications.
Candidates must demonstrate hands-on industrial experience with PLCs, VFDs, and communication systems, along with a strong commitment to safe work practices in a manufacturing or oilfield environment.
- Inspect, install, modify, and maintain all electrical and electronic systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical malfunctions to OEM standards.
- Assist with the design and servicing of electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and control systems.
- Program and maintain PLC and VFD systems, ensuring system integrity and uptime.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection reports, and work orders.
- Perform routine inspections and reliability checks to ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.
- Participate in daily Line-Out meetings to ensure effective communication between shifts.
- Support startup, shutdown, and changeover activities for production equipment.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work area while following PPE and JSA guidelines.
- Operate within established SOPs and assist in preventive maintenance programs.
- Education:
- Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred: Technical Degree or Electrical Certification
- Experience:
- 5+ years of industrial electrical maintenance and repair experience
- Strong proficiency with Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens equipment preferred
- Expertise in PLC programming, VFD systems, and Level I/II communication systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management, and development software
- Other Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and work in manufacturing/field environments
- Comfortable working rotating or flexible shifts with overtime as needed
- English proficiency required; Spanish bilingual a plus
- Completion of IADC RigPass, SafeLand, or Expand Energy equivalent orientation required
- Working conditions typical of manufacturing and oilfield environments
- Must wear proper PPE (eye protection, work boots, hardhat)
- No loose clothing or jewelry permitted
- Travel between work locations as needed
