- Maintain accounting functions at the office level and other duties as assigned.
- Process payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and invoicing.
- Track and document petty cash account by writing checks, request replenishments, reconcile bank and internal accounting balance.
- Maintain and update certificates of insurance.
- Reconcile and code credit card statements.
- Financial report compilation, distribution and prepare management presentation.
- Establishing and implementing new procedures to increase inter-department efficiency.
- Fleet administration including purchases, sales, USDOT requirements and commuting taxes for driver’s payroll.
- Support receptionists and administrative management of the office.
- Other duties as assigned.
High School or GED, Associates Degree or higher in Accounting preferred
5+ years of related experience
