We are a global team focused on disciplined capital allocation and long-term value creation for all stakeholders, who care deeply about our impact on communities and the wider world.

About the Role

Everest is seeking an Events Specialist to join our team!

In this role on our Global Marketing & Communications team, you’ll play a key role in bringing Everest’s brand to life through exceptional event experiences. You’ll be highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, supporting the planning and execution of client, broker, and internal events across the U.S. and internationally.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events — including conferences, sponsorships, client dinners, and internal meetings.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with sharp attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools like Cvent, Monday.com, or similar platforms.

The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $104,250 annually. The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, experience, qualifications and work location. All offers include access to a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, 401k match, retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
