CNC Machinist – Haas Vertical Mill & Lathe
Location: New Berlin, WI

At Dynatect, we take pride in precision and performance. We’re looking for a skilled CNC Machinist with Haas mill and lathe experience who can hit the ground running — editing programs, setting up jobs, and keeping quality production flowing.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate Haas vertical mills and lathes to produce high-quality metal components

• Load and run production parts efficiently and accurately

• Edit and adjust existing programs (tool offsets, feeds/speeds, and minor code changes) to optimize performance

• Perform setups for repeat and short-run jobs, ensuring tools, fixtures, and materials are prepared correctly

• Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments to maintain tight tolerances

• Monitor machine performance and part quality, making real-time adjustments as needed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience on Haas controls (mills and/or lathes)

• Comfortable editing existing programs - not full programming, but adjusting code and tooling parameters

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Experience with reading blueprints, using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools

• Reliable, team-oriented, and quality-driven work ethic
