JOB TITLE: Innovation Solution Analyst

JOB LOCATION: Remote (U.S. based)
TRAVEL: up to 25%
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Innovation Solution Architect is a technical leader responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions that leverage cutting-edge technologies and partner products. This role combines deep technical expertise, creativity, and collaboration to deliver impactful solutions that enhance product offerings and customer experiences.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technology & Partner Enablement
•Partner with Sales department to design and develop proofs of concept (POCs) that demonstrate
partner technology value and help enable new sales opportunities.
• Partner with the Services department to create training materials and implementation guides that support successful customer deployments.
• Install, configure, and test partner and internal software to build subject-matter expertise and
validate integration approaches.
• Collaborate with other team members to translate business needs into technical solutions and
ensure seamless hand-off for implementation.
• Evaluate partner technologies for feasibility, scalability, and alignment with i3 Verticals’
enterprise architecture.
Research, Analysis & Solution Design
• Research emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive products to identify innovation opportunities.
• Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, and technical assessments to
guide investment and prioritization of decisions.
• Design and develop screen layouts, graphical user interfaces (GUIs), and integrations with other applications or APIs to validate potential solutions.
• Apply strong analytical skills to independently solve complex business problems using data-driven insights and creative solutioning.
Collaboration, Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
• Create, maintain, and present clear documentation for POCs, configurations, and technical hand-offs to other teams.
• Train and mentor team members learning new or emerging technologies relevant to their roles.
• Provide guidance to project teams on developing, testing, installing, and modifying software to align with business objectives.
• Support cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Services, Product, and Architecture teams to ensure alignment across innovation initiatives.
• Demonstrate partner technologies and products through polished presentations that articulate business value and technical capabilities.
Continuous Improvement & Methodology
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying areas for process optimization within innovation initiatives.
• Utilize both Agile and Waterfall methodologies where appropriate to deliver high-quality, on-time solutions.
• Provide feedback on tools, processes, and technologies to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently on complex assignments.
- Self-starter with strong initiative and curiosity to explore new technologies and approaches.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and business units.
Technical Skills & Competencies:
- Strong proficiency and hands-on experience with the Hyland and Jadu ecosystem of products, including solution configuration and integration.
- Comfortable working with low-code and no-code platforms, leveraging them to prototype, configure, and deploy business solutions.
- Working knowledge of software installation, configuration, and integration practices.
- Proficiency in one or more programming or scripting languages such as JavaScript, C#, Java, CSS, or HTML.
- Familiarity with APIs, data exchange concepts, and modern web application architectures.
- Experience with design and prototyping tools for building or documenting user interfaces.
- Familiarity and understanding of AI technologies, including their potential application in business and partner innovation use cases.
- Understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and how to apply them effectively.
- Familiarity with collaboration and analytics tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Power BI, or Figma.
- Ability to create clear technical documentation, including but not limited to entity relationship diagrams, process flows, and system architecture diagram.
