Plans, organizes and delivers physical therapy programs that help clients/patients/residents recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, increase strength and prevent deformities. Conducts examinations, evaluations, and interventions clients/patients/residents who are affected by injury or disease.Job Description
About the Role:
We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in a large, fully equipped gym environment. Our care philosophy is rooted in movement-based, exercise-focused therapy that empowers patients of all ages and backgrounds to achieve their highest level of function.
What You’ll Do:
Evaluate patients and develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans
Deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based interventions
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and ongoing self-care
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Document all evaluations, treatments, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards
Apply age-appropriate interventions for a wide variety of diagnoses
Incorporate current research and clinical best practices into care
Collaborate with referring providers, case managers, and other healthcare professionals
Supervise aides, and students as needed
Contribute to peer education and team development
Maintain flexibility with scheduling and work assignments
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed Physical Therapist
Strong foundation in therapeutic exercise and manual therapy skills
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Commitment to evidence-based practice and lifelong learning

Qualifications
Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure.Must be licensed in the state(s) of practice as a Physical Therapist. When applicable, may require valid driver's license. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications. Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care providers required or within the first 60 days of employment.
