Marketing Manager
Johnstone Supply is a small, fast-growing company that makes it easy for our customers to business. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to help us grow our team and our brand.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the overall strategy and execution of marketing initiatives. This includes managing the company’s social media presence, writing and editing copy for all marketing materials, maintaining our website and other digital marketing channels for the Houston and DFW group. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver who can deliver high-quality work on time, with minimal guidance.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan that focuses on growth and revenue
- Manage social media accounts for the company
- Write and edit copy for all marketing materials (print ads, website, email blasts, trade shows)
- Design digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic to new channels (paid search, email lists, social media)
- Edit and proof print ads to meet budget expectations
- Research and analyze current market trends to determine how best to market our company
- Evaluate marketing campaigns to determine if they are working effectively and recommend changes
- Prepare reports on performance of various marketing strategies

Education and Experience:
Required:
- 3 – 5 years minimum of marketing experience.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 3 years of successful management experience.
- Experience in the marketing efforts of a business-to-business HVAC/R or similar industry.
