Keyholder needed for our Villeroy & Boch Bicester Outlet
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Supervisor on a FULL TIME and permanent basis to join our team. This outlet is located inside Bicester Village (Unit 146, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester Village, Oxfordshire, OX26 6EU).

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required
• Exceptional customer service and sales skills
• Excellent communication skills with all employees and customers
• PC literate - MS Office, Word, Excel essential
• Product knowledge and market awareness would be an advantage
• Ability to prioritise and organise daily tasks
• Basic knowledge of Health and Safety principles
• Good standard of numeracy and literacy
• Opening and closing of the shop
• Cashing up and taking payments for accounts
• Replacing displays as the products change
• To be comfortable in a 1-1 selling environment
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness on the shop floor and stockroom areas
• Ability to learn (full training will be provided)
