An exciting opportunity to join the BCP Velocity Team as Senior Sales Support Consultant where you will be the bridge between sales, supply & success.
 

Role Summary: You will directly support our global teams to ensure they are well positioned with machine supply, S&OP tools, machine orders & in depth training to deliver BCPs growth goals. You will influence strategy, challenge assumptions and solve complex puzzles that impact global performance. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to collaborate with leaders across multiple countries and functions.

What You’ll Do (Job Duties)

• Drive improved demand signal & supply plan accuracy through reviewing and validating various inputs and delivering training.

• Support global sales teams with S&OP tools.

• Support executive review discussions in line with growth objectives.

• Create proactive visuals and solutions to drive ordering behavior to support sales forecast.

• Work with global team on Product Distribution Center strategy.

• Tackle demand-supply imbalances with creative, data-backed solutions.

• Partner with cross functional teams to ensure operational plans drive business results.

• Connect with corporate partners to benchmark & improve process efficiency, as well as participate in dealer S&OP events.

• Track KPIs and lead continuous improvement projects to make our S&OP process smarter, faster and more reliable.

What You Have (Core Skills)

• Customer Focus – Putting the customer first, with data and training to help improve their S&OP understanding. An ability to anticipate the customer’s needs & take ownership of issues.

• Decision Making and Critical Thinking – Dealing with complex problems will be a daily challenge. You will need to have the ability to adapt quickly & solve problems to achieve better outcomes.

• Effective Communications – The ability to listen actively, adapt style to different audiences, and ensure understanding in both written and verbal communication.

• Negotiating – To achieve win-win outcomes whilst maintaining positive relationships.

• Business Development – Ability to improve & introduce new processes which improve productivity & business results.

Top Candidates Will Also Have

• Deep S&OP knowledge.

• A proven ability to unite cross-functional teams and build consensus.

• Excellent analytical & communication skills.

• Passion for customer focus, to provide information, support and upskill BCP sales team in all facets related to S&OP.

• Comfort with S&OP systems, Excel and data visualization tools such as PowerBI.

Job Title: Senior Sales Support Consultant

Salary: £63,500-£75,500 depending on experience
