Leader, Home Delivery chez Restoration Hardware Enterprise

RH is seeking a Home Delivery Leader to champion RH’s vision by driving operational excellence across our warehouse and home delivery network. Guided by our people-first philosophy, you will inspire and empower teams to deliver seamless, elevated experiences for our clients. Through strategic oversight and hands-on leadership, you will cultivate a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement that ensures every delivery reflects the quality and care at the heart of our brand.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Architect and elevate team capabilities, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities that drive sustained success
• Lead and optimize operations across warehouse and home delivery functions, championing continuous improvement, compliance, and efficiency through data-driven decisions and corrective actions
• Own profit and loss performance, leveraging analysis and reporting to inform strategy and ensure financial accountability
• Drive vendor partnerships, holding logistics providers accountable to cost, service, and delivery quality standards
• Protect the client experience by proactively managing and resolving escalated service challenges with urgency and care
• Uphold the highest standards of courtesy and professionalism in client homes, ensuring every interaction reflects RH’s values and reinforces trust

OUR REQUIREMENTS 

• 5+ years of leadership experience in furniture home delivery, warehouse operations, or a related field, with proven ability to lead both internal teams and third-party carrier partners
• Track record of building and developing high-performing teams, including hiring, training, coaching, and driving accountability
• Strong business acumen, with knowledge of financial principles such as profit and loss, profit margins, and operational accounting
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and influence at all levels
• Analytical and decisive, with the problem-solving skills to deliver efficient, customer-focused solutions
• Proficient in Google and Microsoft applications, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems 
• Flexibility to travel within the assigned region
• Candidates must have legal authorization to work in the country in which they are applying at the time of application
• Proficiency in English is required due to the international nature of our business and the need to communicate with global teams

OUR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Lift, move, and mobilize items weighing up to 34 kg using appropriate equipment and techniques
• Flexibility to accompany teams on home deliveries and enter client residences to support service excellence
• Capability to perform physical tasks safely while working in varied residential and warehouse environments, including standing, walking, bending, or lifting
