Job Purpose:
Our Lead Salesforce Product Owner & Technical Architect will be responsible for driving the strategy, design, and delivery of our Salesforce ecosystem, which includes Sales, Service, Marketing, and Data Cloud. This role will serve as the primary owner of our Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with business goals, while also providing deep technical leadership to design scalable, future-ready solutions. You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams—owning the product vision, managing the roadmap, and ensuring high-quality architecture and integration.Job Responsibilities:
● Own the Salesforce platform vision and roadmap, ensuring it aligns with business goals and digital commerce strategy.● Translate business needs into prioritized product backlogs and clear, actionable user stories.
● Collaborate with senior leadership to define KPIs and measure platform success.
● Champion adoption and user enablement, ensuring Salesforce capabilities are fully leveraged across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Data Cloud.
● Serve as the principal architect for Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalable, secure, and future-proof designs.
● Lead solution architecture for Salesforce, partnering with architects of other systems, including data modeling, integration patterns, and system performance optimization.
● Oversee platform governance, including data quality, security, and compliance.
● Guide development best practices (Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, Flows) and ensure adherence to architectural standards.
Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:
● Partner with enterprise architects to align Salesforce with the broader tech ecosystem.
● Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce admins, developers, and analysts.
● Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
● Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance.
● Facilitate Agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure delivery quality.
