HOW YOUR ROLE FITS INTO BOLDT:
This youth apprenticeship is an educational opportunity intended to prepare students interested in pursuing a career in the construction profession through project delivery. This role will learn about Boldt’s approach to construction operations, project management, as well as a cross–functional support team. Projects and job responsibilities will vary.
WHAT YOU GET TO DO (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
- Handle a wide variety of administrative tasks, support services, and project support for the Project Delivery Services team facilitating excellent customer
- Support Training Workshops including reviewing, revising or developing training materials.
- Support development of learning content such as collecting and organizing content components and integrating draft feedback.
- Partner and collaborate with Boldt Subject Matter Experts and business leaders to collect and organize information to support the PDS team.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Applicants must be eligible or currently enrolled in an approved school-to-work program. Applicants must be a Junior or Senior in high school. There is a 450-hour requirement based on the State of Wisconsin Youth Apprentice program guidelines.
- Take initiative to identify sequential tasks, set priorities, and drive projects forward independently, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes with limited supervision.

- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
