Join Our Team as a Productivity & Performance Analyst!
Are you passionate about numbers, processes, and making things run like a well-oiled machine? We're looking for someone to take the lead in maintaining our Productivity Management Tool and help us track and achieve big-picture goals set by our Leadership team.
You'll be part of the Corporate Accounting Department, working to boost throughput, improve labor productivity, and uncover operational efficiencies that really make a difference. You'll also dive into performance metrics (think KPIs), support executive payroll processes, and prep important payroll/W-2 data for our annual 990 filings. If you're a detail-lover with a knack for solving puzzles and a heart for healthcare, this might be your perfect next step.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Keeping our Productivity Management Tool running smoothly and effectively
Tracking progress on organizational goals and keeping Leadership in the loop
Supporting Labor Productivity efforts to make us faster, leaner, and better
Creating and analyzing KPI reports and other performance dashboards
Helping with Executive payroll processes and gathering data for IRS Form 990
What We’re Looking For:
A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of healthcare finance experience
Bonus points if you know your way around productivity systems and FTE calculations
A solid understanding of accounting practices and systems
Great communication and a proactive, team-first mindset
The ability to juggle multiple projects and keep things moving forward with a smile
