Evermore Orlando Resort is an expansive and technically complex property spanning 1,100 acres with multiple operational components. The resort integrates resort-owned vacation rental homes, large-scale water features, and extensive recreational infrastructure. The eight-acre Evermore Bay lagoon includes advanced water treatment, circulation, and safety systems that require continuous monitoring. Two championship golf courses, numerous pools, water sports facilities, and a wide range of amenities, including pickleball courts, event spaces, and dining venues, further enhance the offerings. This diverse environment demands sophisticated engineering oversight to ensure optimal performance, safety, and reliability across all systems

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Manager of Digital Content in developing and executing automated campaigns across the guest journey (pre-arrival, in-stay, post-stay, re-engagement).
- Set up, schedule, and maintain campaigns in the CRM/email platform.
- Personalize communications for guest segments such as families, golfers, weddings, groups, and extended stays.
- Maintain and update guest database records, ensuring data quality and compliance.
- Build lists, segments, and reporting dashboards to support campaign targeting.
- Monitor CRM performance and flag insights or trends to the Senior Manager of Digital Content.
- Execute email campaigns, including creating content, building templates, QA testing, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce creative assets.
- Track campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and recommend optimizations.
- Assist with updating website content related to campaigns and offers.
- Support integration between CRM, booking engine, and guest communications.
- Develop and schedule in-app messaging to deliver timely, relevant information that improves the onsite guest experience and supports operational goals.
- Partner with the Senior Manager of Digital Content to improve guest-facing digital experiences.
- Pull and compile performance reports on lifecycle campaigns, email, and CRM activity.
- Provide insights to the Senior Manager of Digital Content to inform strategy adjustments, recommend optimizations, and propose A/B tests.
- Help identify opportunities for improved segmentation and personalization.
Education, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- 3–5 years in CRM, lifecycle, or email marketing (hospitality/travel preferred).
- Hands-on experience with CRM/email platforms.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Outstanding organizational, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Google Business, Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Creative thinking and a passion for marketing.
- Ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with basic reporting/dashboarding experience.
- Preferred familiarity with website CMS, booking engines, or PMS integrations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Self-starter that can work independently with minimal supervision
Physical Requirements:
- Able to safely lift, pull and push up to 15 pounds.
- Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and reach periodically.
- Able to sit and use the computer for hours at a time.
- Subject to environmental conditions, work activities can occur inside and outside.
- Visually look at a computer for extended periods.
- Repetitive hand motions, such as typing.
