Position Overview:

Are you a data-driven individual with expertise in marketing analytics, digital optimization, and AI-powered content generation? The Seller Engagement Digital Strategy and Analytics team is seeking a Marketing Data & Digital Optimization Analyst to support our efforts to use data to guide our strategic direction, increase visibility, and drive adoption of our products, technology, and offerings among stakeholders in the mortgage eco-system. This is a high-impact role for a professional who excels in manipulating complex datasets, optimizing for search and AI environments, and converting information into strategic action.

Your Impact:

In this role you will leverage your digital analytics expertise to harness data from diverse sources to assess efficiency, effectiveness and go-to-market strategy.  You will play a key role in shaping our digital future and ensuring that we meet our customers where they are and deliver a high quality, personalized digital experience.  Your responsibilities will include:

  • Data and Business analytics
    • Collect, manipulate, and synthesize data from diverse sources, including web, social media, email, events, and business operations.
    • Provide reports to internal stakeholders and utilize Tableau and Salesforce to build interactive dashboards, visualize key business metrics, and generate actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders.
    • Analyze engagement and performance metrics for conferences, events, digital media, and social channels (especially LinkedIn).
    • Support event planning with robust data analysis for attendee segmentation and post-event reporting.
  • Content & Communications Optimization
    • Use data and AI insights to inform website modernization and content management, ensuring content is relevant, high-performing, and optimized for both human and AI audiences.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), & Artificial Intelligence (AI) Optimization
    • Develop and implement comprehensive search engine optimization and answer engine optimization strategies to maximize organic visibility across search engines and AI-powered platforms.
    • Optimize website and content for answer-first environments (Google SGE, Perplexity, and other AI search engines).
  • Database Management & Data Manipulation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience), preferred.
  • 8+ years of direct experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, SEO/AEO, or a related role.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, Power Query, data visualization).
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings to drive business outcomes.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO, AEO, and structured data optimization for both traditional and AI-powered search engines.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels, social media analytics, and email marketing platforms.
  • Experience with website analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity), preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud
  • Proven ability to interface between business, sales, marketing, communications, and technology teams.

  • Passion for data and an understanding of database structures, Marketing/Technology (MarTech) tools.
  • Ability to be a data storyteller, using both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and supporting multiple stakeholders.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $112,000 - $168,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
