Job Summary

The Accounting Manager is a collaborative team player who works closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to ensure the effective management of the organization’s financial operations. This individual is proactive, detail-oriented, highly communicative, and self-motivated, demonstrating strong leadership and accountability in overseeing all accounting functions. The Accounting Manager is responsible for the overall management and supervision of the accounting department, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of all financial activities across the organization. Working under the direction of the CFO, this position assists with the preparation and development of budgets, financial reports, audits, and state and federal compliance filings. The Accounting Manager collaborates with back-office staff, payroll systems, and supports organizational leadership by providing timely, accurate, and transparent financial information to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements / Qualifications

Resume Letter of Intent Bachelors Degree in Accounting or experience commensurate with degree requirement

Minimum of three years professional experience in financial management Spanish Bilingual preffered
