Summary/Objective
As Sales Operations Manager, your primary purpose is to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the Sales Support department at the Sales Center. You will manage the Sales Support team of the location while maintaining close coordination and communication with the General Manager and the Area Sales Managers. Treat all employees respectfully/fairly while building capabilities and maintaining accountability.
Essential Functions

- Work with the GM to achieve assigned growth metrics while managing the location budget.
- Daily planning and coordination of all Sales Support personnel, including scheduling/prioritizing coverage for resets, audits, and PTO for the respective sales team.
- Supervise, train, and assist in skills development for all functions in the sales organization with a focus on trade execution and building capabilities of your team and others.
- Work with and communicate consistently with the ASMs, Distribution, and Warehouse Managers to ensure the team meets or exceeds its’ trade execution, metrics, and budget.
- Ensure proper training of Sales Support functions to enhance the trade execution and resets assigned.
- Conduct and attend team and cross function meetings to ensure clear standards are met with quality communication among assigned teams.
- Oversee and assist in conducting Quality Assurance audits as specified by parent company requirements.
- Enforce all company policies and procedures; reinforcement as needed to ensure employees successfully achieve company-stated goals.
- Ensure dress code compliance for all Sales and Sales Support employees in the market.
- Drive your vehicle safely and courteously, obeying all laws, DOT requirements, and company policies.
- All other duties as reasonably assigned by the General Manager.
Qualifications
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field preferred
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- 5+ Years Experience in Sales Leadership in Food or Beverage Industry, strongly preferred.
- Computer literate, including Microsoft Office and web-based technologies required.
- Demonstrated attention to detail skills required.
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to communicate and train with all levels of employees required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
