Summary:

The Advisor Success Associate plays a key role in supporting our growing advisor network and advancing the firm’s strategic initiatives. This position combines high-level project support with essential day-to-day coordination, ensuring that advisors receive timely communication, resources, and guidance. Working closely with the Head of Advisor Success and cross-functional teams, the Associate helps design and deliver impactful business development and practice management programs, manages key meetings and follow-up, maintains advisor-facing tools and content, and provides analysis that drives data-informed decisions. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about helping advisors succeed.

Responsibilities:

Strategic & Analytical Support:

  • Provide dedicated support to the Head of Advisor Success and the team to facilitate strategic planning, high-level decision-making, and firmwide initiatives.
  • Assist in the execution of key projects to drive the expansion and success of the firm’s advisor network, including business development campaigns and growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with Advisor Success, Marketing, and other teams to design, manage, and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and scorecards that help identify growth opportunities, assess advisor capacity, and inform staffing and recruiting needs.
  • Prepare and coordinate materials for regional and firmwide meetings.

Advisor Communication & Engagement:

  • Draft, coordinate, and distribute advisor communications such as newsletters, meeting agendas, and other firmwide updates.
  • Maintain and enhance the Advisor Library and related intranet resources, creating new sites or pages to support knowledge sharing.
  • Coordinate advisor surveys, consolidate responses, and prepare summary reports to inform decision-making and highlight actionable insights.
  • Schedule and organize internal meetings, track follow-up items, and ensure timely resolution and clear communication of next steps.

Practice Management Support:

  • Assist in developing and curating practice management resources, including best practices, playbooks, and toolkits to help advisors optimize their businesses.
  • Maintain and regularly update a centralized library of practice-management tools, templates, and case studies.

Training & Professional Development:

  • Help design and implement training sessions and curriculum to support advisor professional growth and the advisor career track.
  • Assist in developing learning experiences for summer interns in the advisor program.
  • Coordinate affiliation groups and other advisor community initiatives to strengthen connectivity and knowledge-sharing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors’ degree or higher from an accredited university; major in financial planning, business, or finance preferred.
  • CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) or other wealth management designation highly preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of wealth management or related experience (other or additional experience will be considered).
  • Proven experience in a similar role within financial services or advisory industry.
  • Strong self-reliance, initiative, and commitment to following through on tasks, self-starter when it comes to new challenges.
  • Outstanding organizational, project and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with any CRM, portfolio management, and financial planning tools.

The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
