This full-time internship is your opportunity to dive into customer engagement, learn the ins and outs of account management, and support sales strategies that drive business growth. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with a team of sales professionals, expand your professional network, and explore what a future career in sales could look like—all while contributing to the success of a leading dairy foods company.

 

What you will be working on:
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support the creation and implementation of onboarding and training initiatives tailored to Sales Leadership development. 
  • Own and manage the Kemps “Way to Sell” program, including updating content and re-launching it to the Central Sales Teams. 
  • Assist in developing updates for Central Sales Core Optimization efforts and maintain the Core Optimization Team site. 
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create standardized templates for Central Sales, including but not limited to:
    • Sell Sheets
    • Pre-Book Sheets 
  • Support the development of tracking tools for sales activations, in-store displays, void fills, and special program execution. 
  • Work with the Marketing Team to update and ensure accuracy of the product image catalog used by customers. 
  • Shadow sales representatives in retail locations across assigned market territories to gain field experience. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
