What You Will Do
- Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design of our web applications, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.
- Manage and mentor a talented in-house Design Team, driving creative excellence and growth.
- Oversee the creation of UI mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to bring product visions to life.
- Provide expert feedback and direction on visual designs, interaction patterns, and user flows.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to align design goals with business objectives.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in UX/UI design leadership, with at least 5 years in roles such as UX/UI Designer, Web Designer, or Design Manager.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and grow creative teams, including performance reviews and goal setting.
- Deep knowledge of user-centered design, usability best practices, and modern design systems.
- Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles across web and mobile platforms.
- Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools for wireframing and prototyping).
- Experience with front-end collaboration tools like React and Storybook is a strong plus.
- A passion for great design and a portfolio that reflects your ability to turn ideas into impactful experiences.
