You and Your Job
You’ll contribute directly to the execution of digital marketing programs across paid media, social and web, helping drive engagement across our target audiences.
We’re looking for someone with a knack for digital marketing, who is data-driven and not afraid to jump right into the team’s growth efforts.
You will assist in managing content calendars, creative assets and performance dashboards, working with tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and account based marketing platforms. You’ll also play a meaningful role in shaping the future of our marketing technology stack ensuring our team has best-in-class tools to inform marketing decisions.
Your contributions will span a variety of formats with no two days looking the same making this an ideal role for nimble, digitally curious marketer.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns. This includes creative development, publishing and maintaining content across platforms.
Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Sprinklr and additional technologies. Distill data into insights to inform the business on current performance.
Schedule content, track performance and drive social media engagement.
Support search engine optimization by contributing to content efforts and website enhancements
Organize and manage digital assets, campaign timelines, and editorial calendars to ensure smooth execution and cross-functional visibility.
- Collaborate with global teams across regions and time zones, demonstrating flexibility, initiative and strong communication skills. As a self-starter, proactively manage priorities and contribute to cross-functional projects without constant oversight.
- Contribute to the growth of martech stack by constantly evaluating best-in-class tools in the market.
Your Promise to Us:
To be considered for the Social and Digital Engagement Analyst role, you must have:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, communications or related field
1+ years’ experience in digital marketing, paid media or social media advertising.
Foundational understanding of social media management and digital advertising platforms
Familiarity with Google Analytics and basic digital performance metrics
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel regionally up to 15%

Salary Expectations:
Target Hiring Range: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00
This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular positions include all other benefits provided to [RAF/Rabobank/RDS] employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
